CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 347(FIN) "An Act relating to long-term                   
plans of certain state agencies and recommendations regarding                  
elimination of duplication in state agency functions" was read the             
second time.                                                                   
                                                                               
Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption               
of the Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 3665.  Without              
objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 347(STA)                        
was adopted.                                                                   
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 347(STA) was read                          
the second time.                                                               
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE
